UNLOCK INSTRUCTION

i-MATE PDA2, PDA2K, JAM Instructions :

HTC Pocket PC Unlock Step-By-step Instructions :

1. Backup all data from device,

2. Extract the HTCunlock.exe from the zip file and copy it to your phone
(software needs to be ran from your phone not your PC!)

3. Browse to the HTCunlock.exe on your phone and run it :
- If the software gives an error, try resetting and running it again.
- If for some reason your phone is suddenly locked, the unlock code will be '00000000'

Your phone will now be unlocked.

i-MATE JASJAR instructions :

1. Backup your phone (not necessary, but advisable).
2. Remove your SD Card.
3. Enter bootloader mode on your Phone. To do this, simultaneously hold down the backlight key (“bulb” key, next to volume key), the power key and soft reset the phone. Your phone screen should clear, and you will see very faint writing saying “serial”. Let go of buttons etc.
4. Connect your phone to your computer using the USB lead.
5. Run the MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe program – this will reflash your phone with necessary software required to enable the unlocker.
6. Wait patiently.
7. Once the MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe upgrade completes, soft reset your phone by pressing the soft reset button on the back of the device [if the flash has been successfully applied, you should see that you now have Radio version 0.00.00]
8. Allow your phone to reboot. Once it has, connect to your PC using Activesync, and copy the UNI_Unlock_v1.exe program onto your phone. Alternatively, copy it to an SD card and insert into your phone.
9. Run UNI_Unlock_v1.exe on your phone. Wait patiently.
10. Once the process completes, soft reset your phone.
11. Process is (hopefully) complete!

i-MATE K-JAM Instructions :

1 - Extract all the contents of HTCWizard_unlocker.zip onto a folder on your computer,
2 - Copy EnableRapi.cab to your Wizard handset,
3 - Execute the EnableRapi.cab in your phone. Wait for it to finish,
4 - Make sure that your phone is connected via ActiveSync with the computer,
5 - Execute lokiwiz.bat and follow the instructions on your screen...

i-MATE SP3, SP3i, SP4, SP5 Instructions :

SPV Application Unlocking (Disabling Certificate Security)

1) Go to : http://developer.orangews.com/orgspv/comdefq.aspx
2) Select "Disable Certificate Security" and proceed,
3) Agree to the terms and conditions,
4) Enter your details (Name, Email, Mobile phone number, IMEI number) and click OK,

If your phone IS registered then you should receive a message on your phone confirming that your Certificate Security has been disabled. If it is NOT been registered you will receive an error, and will have to download a registry application by completing the following steps:

1) Click the registry application link on the error page to go to the registry application page,
2) Select "Download to my PC" and click OK,
3) Once downloaded, copy the "ActionRegister.ARM.cab" from your PC to your phone (Activsync),
4) Now using File Explorer (on your phone), execute and install "ActionRegister.ARM.cab",
5) From the Programs menu choose the "Action Register Application",
6) Make sure your phone number is correct in the field provided,
7) Click on the register button,
8) Click yes on the confirmation page,
9) Make a connection to the Internet,

Your phone should now be registered and now can be unlocked :

1) Ensure that your phone is "Application Unlocked" (if it is not follow the steps above)
2) Extract the "SPV_C5x0.zip" to a folder.
4) Copy the "cert.cab" from your PC to your phone via Activsync.
5) Now using File Explorer (on your phone), execute and install "cert.cab".
6) Once "cert.cab" has been installed, run "SPVServices.exe" (on your PC) from the folder on your PC (with your phone still sync'd).
7) Follow the on screen instructions.
